Our Factory

►Using high-strength steel base frame.Thickness of steel plate ≧5mm. With more than 20 years of welding experience’ workers careful operate. The base is stable and non deformable.

►Place the base frame on a level surface and install double damping shock absorbers;Chrome-plated surface, oil-resistant nitrile rubber, corrosion-resistant. Assemble famous brand engines with stable power generation and make sure every screw are tight and fix the engine without any shake.

► Assemble brand-new 100% full copper alternator. Ensure that every copper ring is properly excited. Double check that each wire inside the diesel engine and alternator is correctly connected with automatic generator controller panel.

►An Automatic transfer switch panel is used with a diesel generator to automatically switch between the mains and generator in the event of a power failure. The generator will start / stop automatically depending on the mains supply. Make sure each wiring is perfect connected without loose.SmartGen and Deapsea control panels are widely used.

► Reset and debug the generator control panel. The Control Panels are installed with all diesel generator sets. Engine functions are interfaced with generator functions by the control panel, allowing for the engine and generator to be controlled by a single component. Make sure the generator control panel are operated smoothly without any fault.

►This is the most common way to pack diesel engine generators. We use foam, plastic wrap or bubble film to wrap the whole DG set with two or three layers. This packing way is cost-effective, convenient and efficient.
